In response to the recent far-right, racist violence that has threatened the stability of our communities and made people from diverse heritage backgrounds feel more vulnerable, Neighbourly Lab would like to express its support to all the people who have been affected by these traumatic incidents and all those working towards building bridges.
We've joined over 240 organisations to stand in solidarity with those affected by the recent acts of violence, many of whom have already fled unimaginable horrors to try to find safety.
When we look at the aftermath of the violence, we can see communities coming together to clean up, support and safeguard each other. Let’s remember that most people in this country want to support their neighbours, whatever they look like, whatever their heritage and whatever religion they may follow.
In times like this, we recognise you may feel helpless so we’ve put together a list of organisations that have developed some useful resources for everyone to use:
This list is not exhaustive, there are many other fantastic organisations doing incredible work in this area - please feel free to share these organisations in a comment below to increase their visibility.
